It’s 9:20 am, June 11th, in the middle of Arizona. I just woke up, opened the doors facing the Valley, put my legs out and decided it was about time to update you on the situation. Because… WE DID IT. We’re gone. We left San Francisco (for good) and are now living in our beloved van (we’ll have to find it a cool name).
San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, Joshua Tree, Death Valley, Las Vegas - it’s all there:
The first week has been very chaotic, mainly because we were 5 in the van and accompanied by a friend in his own car, but it was the perfect way to start this adventure. We already broke a couple of things, got pulled over, listened to half of my music (and sang like stupid monkeys), got scared in ghost towns and made too many U-turns (although one was on an airstrip, so that was pretty cool) and other cool adventures.
If you’re not following the whole thing on Facebook and Instagram yet, well….
